Sabrina Rose

Sabrina is a senior MSK physiotherapist with extensive experience in MSK physiotherapy. She brings a wealth of knowledge to a variety of injuries, having spent several years in the NHS and private practice, more recently spending a year in New Zealand managing a mix of musculoskeletal and sports related injuries and post-operative rehab.

Beyond Sabrina’s usual practice, she spent a year in Austria working as a ski resort physio, helping to provide immediate pain-relief to those suffering ski-related injuries whilst on holiday.

Sabrina enjoys supporting her clients with a mixed approach of soft tissue massage, joint manipulation and mobilisation, shockwave therapy, in-depth VALD assessment, and exercise prescription. Having worked in a leading private physiotherapy clinic in New Zealand, Sabrina is well-informed when it comes to VALD technology. Data driven assessments allow Sabrina to diagnose, understand the cause, and provide effective and efficient treatment, getting you back to your goals quickly.
