Reformer Pilates Instructor

Lee has been teaching sport, exercise, and movement for over 15 years. A former gymnast, she discovered early in her career a passion for mind-body disciplines, spending many years teaching Yoga and mat Pilates within the local community before falling in love with Reformer Pilates and the wider Pilates apparatus. She has now been teaching Reformer Pilates for almost a decade.

With a BSc (Hons) in Sports Therapy and Rehabilitation, Lee combines a strong clinical understanding of the body with extensive teaching experience. She delivers both private and group Reformer Pilates sessions and has a particular interest in supporting clients recovering from injury, managing long-term conditions, or looking to improve their movement and overall wellbeing.

Lee also holds a Level 4 qualification in Sports Massage, alongside numerous other sports and fitness certifications. Her wealth of knowledge, experience, and personalised approach means you can feel confident that you’re in safe and capable hands.
